You know when an idea keeps circling in your head and you want to make it happen? We had that idea for a very long time, despite our young age and an environment that was not exactly inclined to support young entrepreneurs.
We studied it, worked on it, and tried to stand out in the market by finding the factor that would make us unique among the competition. After all, one gelato is as good as another, and a gelato shop is just a place where you buy something you generally enjoy in the summer. Not in winter!

We found that factor after careful analysis and after asking ourselves, “What do a parent, a young person, a couple, or a group of friends look for in a gelato shop?” The answer came to us almost by chance: at a gelato shop, people look not only for traditional flavors or the most innovative ones. People look for heart and passion in the making of that gelato.
There is the factor: gelato! A blend of tradition, heart, and flavor in a cream that can satisfy every palate. The heart in our gelato lies in researching and selecting ingredients, making a product free of artificial flavorings and colorings, and combining traditional raw-ingredient processing with sophisticated equipment that enhances flavor.

Fattore Gelato is a Rome startup founded by a group of young people eager to take on a difficult challenge: building a business in an Italy that, despite strong ties to tradition, cannot hold on to its young people. Born from the idea of making top-quality artisanal gelato, Fattore Gelato is a multifaceted business inspired by the need to innovate a traditionally minded sector in our country.
We innovated through services such as modern delivery: takeout gelato delivered to your home, just as traditional lunch and dinner meals are. You can order gelato directly from home or the office and choose among a range of flavors suited to even the most demanding palates.

Our selections range from classic flavors to our specials, and then to seasonal fruit gelatos made day after day to ensure maximum freshness and a consistently unique flavor. Our gelato production fully respects the environment because we use natural ingredients without resorting to artificial products.
